Meda Institute Of Podiatry Private Limited announced that it has entered into an agreement to raise issue 1,020,000 equity shares at an issue price of INR 10 per share for a gross proceeds of INR 10,200,000 on June 11, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited.
