KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A., with Reg. No 113772252000, (thereof: "the Company") announces that during the period between 13/5/2024-6/6/2024, 52,720 own ordinary shares (treasury shares) were awarded to 58 members of the staff, in the context of executing the 2nd round of the Company's as of 5/7/2022 Stock Awards Program.
These own shares were purchased during the period between 21/6/2023-8/3/2024 at an average price of €7.7545 per share, according to the resolutions of its Shareholders' Meeting dated 5/7/2022.
After the above disposal, KRIKRI SA holds a total of 42,355 own shares, that is 0.128% of the total number of shares issued.

Kri Kri Milk Industry SA is a Greece-based company principally engaged in the production and trade of ice cream, yogurt and milk. The yogurt production includes five product lines: Plain, Traditional, Catering, Fruit, and flavored yogurt for children under the brand name Scooby Doo. The milk production includes four products: Full cream pasteurized milk 3.5% Fat, Semi-skimmed pasteurized milk 1.5% Fat, Chocolate skimmed milk 0% Fat, and AYRAN (KEFIR) KRI-KRI. The Company also offers some of its products in family packs. KRI-KRI Milk S.A. is also active in the Balkans region through 71%-owned subsidiary KRI-KRI DOO Kumanovo, in Macedonia which has an autonomous production line of ice cream and yogurt, warehouses and cooling chambers. In February 2013, the Company dissolved its subsidiary in Bulgaria, KRI KRI BULGARIA A.D.
