Knorr-Bremse AG has announced that Heinz Thiele, principal shareholder and chairman of the supervisory board, will step down from the role of chairman of the supervisory board and of the advisory council in March 2016. Thiele's designated successor is Dr. Bernd Bohr (59), who until 2013 was Chairman of the Automotive Group at Robert Bosch GmbH, responsible for the company's worldwide automotive activities.
