Keyera Corp. announced that Dean Setoguchi, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is resigning from the company to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Setoguchi joined the company in 2008 as Vice President of Finance.
Since then, Dean has made a significant contribution to company's success. In the interim, David Smith, President and Chief Operating Officer, will also assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Smith previously served as company's Chief Financial Officer from 1998-2008.
