Kepwealth Property Phils., Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Ignacio Salvador Gimenez, III as member of the audit committee in replacement of Mr. Robert Ivan F. Olanday on September 13, 2019, effective on same day. Appointment of Mr. Mark Anthony C. Migallos as chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee and changing appointment of Mr. Restituto T. Lopez from chairman to member of the Corporate Governance Committee on September 13, 2019, effective on same day.
