Keller Group could regain its upward trend after having run out of steam.

According to Surperformance ratings, the group has strong fundamentals, both in terms of business predictability and valuation. Based on current prices, the company is valued at 0.61 times its sales. In addition, analysts have recently revised upward their earnings estimates and now expect a profit of GBP 0.8 per share for the current year (against GBP 0.61, 12 months ago).

Technically, the uptrend in the medium and long term should protect the stock of a major downtrend. In the short term, a decline has lead the share to the GBp 1122 support and now the downside potential is limited. Therefore, a technical rebound on this area will fix an objective near the GBp 1300 mid-term resistance.

A decline seems possible on the GBp 1122 area. It could be a basis for a purchase to target GBp 1300. A stop loss will be fixed below the entry point to limit the risk.
