In March, the delegation led by Mr. Y F Lee, Chairman of the Ka Shui Group, visited Xi'an, Shaanxi to kick off a series of magnesium alloy lightweight cooperation and project discussion with some local business partners of magnesium industry chain. Ka Shui Group and Yulin Magnesium Industry Group have reached initial intention of cooperation on the co-development of magnesium project.
On July 26 and 27, Mr. Zhu Junhua, General Manager of the R&D Center of Ka Shui Group and his delegation participate in the China International Consumer Products Expo 2022 in Haikou. At the Shaanxi consumer products promotion expo, Mr. Zhu Junhua, General Manager of the R&D Center of Ka Shui Group, and Mr. Wang Fei, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of the Coal Import and Export Co., Ltd., Secretary of Party Branch and Chairman of Yulin Magnesium Industry Group, signed a co-operation agreement of magnesium projects on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, both parties will have synergy on sharing their core strengths with in-depth cooperation in trade, deep processing, technology R&D and other aspects within magnesium industry, and jointly expand and strengthen the magnesium industry to achieve a win-win situation.
