Jumbo S A : Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that "TANOCERIAN MARITIME CYPRUS LTD" which is shareholder of Jumbo, informed that on 09.05.2024 sold 4.000.000 shares representing a participation stake of 2,94% in the share capital and voting rights of Jumbo S.A. As a result "TANOCERIAN MARITIME CYPRUS LTD" participation stake in the share capital and voting rights in Jumbo decreased from 19,359% to 16,419% and currently hold directly 22.339.966 shares and voting rights.
