Jui Li Enterprise Co., Ltd. announced that Professor Shu-Chen Yang, the independent director of the company, will take up the teaching and administrative work of the school in the future due to the change of position in the school. Based on the consideration of compliance with laws and regulations, Shu-Chen Yang has resigned as an independent director and audit committee's member and compensation committee's member of the company from July 29, 2022.
