approve the issuance of bonds with a total value of 60	ﻢﺘﻳ ﺚﻴﺤﺑ , ﻲﻧﺩﺭﺍ ﺭﺎﻨﻳﺩ ﻥﻮﻴﻠﻣ (60) ﻎﻠﺒﺗ ﺔﻴﻟﺎﻤﺟﺍ ﺔﻤﻴﻘﺑ ﺽﺮﻗ
million Jordanian dinars. The bonds are issued in several	ﻰﻠﻋ ﻝﻮﺼﺤﻟﺍ ﺪﻌﺑ ﻞﺣﺍﺮﻣ ﺓﺪﻋ ﻰﻠﻋ ﺽﺮﻘﻟﺍ ﺩﺎﻨﺳﺃ ﺭﺍﺪﺻﺍ
stages after obtaining the approval of the Securities	ﺔﻟﻮﻴﺴﻟﺍ ﺮﻴﻓﻮﺗ ﻞﺟﺍ ﻦﻣ ﻚﻟﺫﻭ .ﺔﻴﻟﺎﻤﻟﺍ ﻕﺍﺭﻭﻷﺍ ﺔﺌﻴﻫ ﺔﻘﻓﺍﻮﻣ

operational activities , in cooperation with Almawared For	ﻰﺼﻗﻷﺍ ﻩﺪﺣ ﻎﻠﺒﻤﺑ ﺽﺮﻗ ﺩﺎﻨﺳﺍ ﺭﺍﺪﺻﺍ - : ﺔﻴﻟﺎﺘﻟﺍ ﺕﻼﻴﺼﻔﺘﻟﺍ
Brokerage Company as its financial advisor. , according to	ﺎﻫﺪﺣ ﻝﺎﺟﻻ ﺮﺜﻛﺃ ﻭﺃ ﺪﺣﺍﻭ ﺭﺍﺪﺻﺎﺑ ﻲﻧﺩﺭﺍ ﺭﺎﻨﻳﺩ ﻥﻮﻴﻠﻣ (60)
the following details: - Issuing bonds in the amount of a	ﺔﻳﺪﻘﻨﻟﺍ ﺕﺎﻘﻓﺪﺘﻟﺍﻭ ﻖﻓﺍﻮﺘﺗ ﻡﺎﺠﺣﺄﺑﻭ ﺕﺍﻮﻨﺳ 10 ﻰﺼﻗﻷﺍ
maximum of (60) million Jordanian dinars with one or	ﻝﻼﺧ ﺓﺪﺋﺎﻓ ﺓﺮﺘﻓ ﻞﻜﻟ ﺓﺮﻴﻐﺘﻣ ﻭﺃ ﺔﺘﺑﺎﺛ ﺓﺪﺋﺎﻓ ﺭﺎﻌﺳﺄﺑﻭ ﺔﻛﺮﺸﻠﻟ
more issues, for a maximum period of 10 years, and in	ﻦﻣ ﺭﺍﺪﺻﺍ ﻞﻛ ﺀﺎﻔﻃﺍ ﻢﺘﻳ ﻥﺃ- .ﻝﺎﺤﻟﺍ ﻰﻀﺘﻘﻣ ﺐﺴﺣ - ﺪﻨﺴﻟﺍ ﺓﺪﻣ

on the Amman Stock Exchange, depending on the nature
