Jiayu Xinxin Investment Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Beijing Aopu Star Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300117) for CNY 280 million on June 12, 2020. Jiayu Xinxin Investment Group Co., Ltd. will pay 50% of the transfer price within 10 working days from the agreement effective date and the remaining 50% within 10 working days from the completion of change of business registration date. As on March 31, 2020, Beijing Aopu Star Technology Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY186.5 million, net assets of CNY139.7 million, revenues of CNY15.82 million and net loss of CNY2.8 million. Transaction has been approved in the 4th Meeting of the Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300117) 5th Directorate.
Jiayu Holding Co Ltd, formerly Beijing Jiayu Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-stock Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in system door, window and curtain wall and new energy business. The Company's door, window and curtain wall business mainly includes the production, construction and retail of energy-saving door, window and curtain wall products. The new energy business includes solar photovoltaic module business, solar thermal business and photovoltaic and wind power business.
