Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300117) announced that it has entered into a subscription agreement with Jiayu Xinxin Investment Group Co., Ltd. for a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of up to CNY 450,000,000 on June 18, 2020.
Jiayu Holding Co Ltd, formerly Beijing Jiayu Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-stock Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in system door, window and curtain wall and new energy business. The Company's door, window and curtain wall business mainly includes the production, construction and retail of energy-saving door, window and curtain wall products. The new energy business includes solar photovoltaic module business, solar thermal business and photovoltaic and wind power business.
