Suzhou Xiangcheng Jiangnan Chemical Fibre Group Co., Ltd. signed share transfer agreement to acquire 8.32% stake in Jiangsu Jiangnan High Polymer Fiber Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600527) from Tao Guoping for CNY 240 million on May 30, 2024. The consideration will be paid at CNY 1.65 per share, and will be paid within 3 months after the completion of the deal.

JIANGSU JIANGNAN HIGH POLYMER FIBER CO., LTD is a China-based company, principally engaged in production of chemical fiber products and trading of chemical products. The Company mainly provides terylene wool tops and compound staple fibers. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the trading of chemical products, such as pure terephthalic acid for industry uses and industrial glycol, as well as the knitting, dyeing, finishing and processing of fabrics.
