JHSF Participações S.A. ("JHSF") informs its Shareholders and the market in general that, in meeting occurred on January 24, 2012, at 9:30 a.m., the Board of Directors of JHSF approved, ad referendum of the next Ordinary Shareholder Meeting, the anticipation of dividends distribution referring to 2011 fiscal year, as follows:

• The total anticipated distribution of dividends related to 2011 fiscal year results is R$60,000,000.00 (Sixty Million Reais), corresponding to R$0.13998835451 per common share.
• The record date for investors in common shares with custody in Brazil is the end of January 24, 2012 and shares will trade "ex-dividend" in Brazilian Stock Exchange starting January 26, 2012.
• The payment of the above mentioned dividends will start on February 10, 2012.
• Shareholders that possess bank account on Banco Itaú and other banks, and Shareholders who have a bank account with Banco Itaú or any financial institution and whose bank account information are duly registered at Banco Itaú, will be credited on the first day of payment.
• Shareholders whose addresses are duly registered at Banco Itaú but lack bank account information will receive a "Share Dividend Payment Notice" by mail and should go to a branch of Banco Itaú in order to receive this dividend.
• Shareholders that did not received the aforementioned "Notice", should go to a branch of Banco Itaú to update their registration details and receive the payment.
• Dividends to shares deposited with the Companhia Brasileira de Liquidação e Custódia (CBLC - Brazilian Clearing and Depositary Corporation), will be credited to CBLC and transferred to Shareholders by the depositary brokers.
