NEWS RELEASE - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JAZZ ARRANGES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Jazz Resources Inc. is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to $400,000 at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit will
be comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each $0.12 Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common
share at the price of $0.12 for a period of 24 months after Closing.

The proceeds will be used to prepare the Camborne mill for production and develop a new tailings facility at the Camborne site. In
addition the funds will be used for general working capital and to maintain the road to the Teddy Glacier property in anticipation of hauling ore down to
the Camborne mill site during 2016.

The proposed private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. All shares issued pursuant to the offering, and any
shares issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date.

This private placement supercedes the private placement announced in August (see news release August 25, 2015). The Company will not be
proceeding with the August private placement.
