Jakpaisan Estate Public Company Limited ("the Company") issued new shares for capital increase by initial public offering (IPO) on 8, 11, and 12 January 2021 for 82,709,900 shares at the price of Baht 1.45 per share and registered the ordinary shares from capital increase to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on

18 January 2021. The Company received proceeds from IPO totaling Baht 119.93 million. After deduction of distribution and underwriting fees and other expenses incurred from the offering, the remaining proceeds was Baht 115.03 million.

On 1 January 2022, the Company had the remaining proceeds of Baht 8.92 million. The Company would like to report the uses of proceeds from IPO as of 30 June 2022 as follows:
