At the meeting held today the Board inter alia:
Approved the standalone un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended and period ended 31st December, 2016.
Took note of the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended and period ended 31st December, 2016.
Approved liquidation of the wholly-owned subsidiary in USA, Assurene Products Corporation. As the Company will be directly exporting, no material impact in operations of the Company is expected from this closure.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 16:00 hrs. IST and ended on 17:25 hrs. IST.
