izertis, S.A. (BME:IZER) completed the acquisition of Keifi Soluciones Tecnologicas on October 25, 2023. COFIDES has granted a loan of ?1.6 million from the Fund for Foreign Investment. Izertis will use this loan to finance its acquisition of Keifi.
