FY2023 Organizational Changes

ITOCHU Corporation has announced organizational changes taking effect as of April 1st, 2023.

Ⅰ .Administrative Organizations

Group CEO Office

●「Group CEO Office」will be newly established under the direct control of Chairman & CEO. ●「The 8th Company」will be allocated under the control of「Group CEO Office」.

With the aim of further improving the corporate value of the overall Group, the Chairman & CEO, in addition to the Presidents of each Company, will play a more direct role in instructing and supervising Group companies of Itochu than ever before.

Furthermore, with regards to the business of the 8th Company, enhancement of cross-divisional coordination and development of new businesses, etc., President & COO will take charge under the direction of the Chairman & CEO, and strengthen the relationship among Group companies of Itochu.

Ⅱ.Departments

Textile Company

●「Brand Marketing Department 3」will be renamed as「Brand Marketing Department 2」and 「Brand Marketing Section 5」in「Brand Marketing Department 2」will be transferred into 「Brand Marketing Department 1」.

「Brand Marketing Section 2 and 4」in「Brand Marketing Department 1」will be transferred into 「Brand Marketing Department 2」.
