Patel, Managing Director of the company as the Chairman of the Board in place of the existing Chairperson Smt. Anilaben P. Patel. Accordingly, henceforth Piyush N. Patel will act as a Chairman and Managing Director of the company and Smt.
Anilaben P. Patel will act as Promoter Non-Executive Director.
