The board of OJSC Irkutskenergo appointed Oleg Prichko as the energy company's new CEO. Prichko is currently deputy general director for energy resource sales. Prichko will start his new job on June 11, 2013 and his contracted term will be to June 10, 2015.

He replaces Yevgeny Fyodorov, whose contract expires on June 10, 2013. Fyodorov will remain general director of OJSC Eurosibenergo.

The Company operates a range of hydraulic power plants, including Irkutsk hydroelectric power station (HPS), Bratsk HPS and Ust-Ilimsk HPS. It operates a range of thermal power plants, including thermal power station (TPS)-6, TPS-9, TPS-10, TPS-11, TPS -12, TPS-16, Novo-Irkutsk TPS, Novo-Ziminsk TPS and Ust-Ilimsk TPS.
