Notice to the Market Conclusion of deals at subsidiary AmstedMaxion

Iochpe-Maxion S.A., wishes to inform that its subsidiary Amsted Maxion Fundição e
Equipamentos Ferroviários S.A. ("Amsted Maxion") has concluded the following deals:
Sale to Vale of 144 railway freight cars, with delivery scheduled from January to
April, 2012;
Sale to FCA/MRC of 264 railway freight cars, with delivery scheduled from January to April, 2012,
Sale to AngloFerrous of 50 railway freight cars, with delivery scheduled to April and May, 2012;
Sale to Manserv Logística of 8 railway freight cars, with delivery scheduled to
January, 2012;
Sale to Comilog (Gabon) of 25 railway freight cars, with delivery scheduled to
August, 2012;
Change on the delivery schedule for FCA/MRC - from a total of 1,200 railway boxes scheduled to be delivered in 2011, 323 units were postponed to 2012.
With these new orders, AmstedMaxion's rail way freight car orders, reach on this date,
724 railway freight cars and 623 railway boxes, with delivery scheduled to 2012, with a gross revenue of approximately R$ 276 million.
Additionally there are options for the purchase of 1,982 freight cars for delivery in
2012.
Amsted Maxion, a leading company in the railway equipment segment in Brazil, is a joint-venture (50%/50%) between Iochpe-Maxion S.A. and Amsted Industries.
