On April 18, 2016, Jai Agarwal notified CM Finance Inc. of his intention to step down as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective May 20, 2016, to pursue a new career opportunity. Mr. Agarwal did not resign pursuant to any disagreement with the company or its Board of Directors or management. Effective immediately, the company will begin a search to identify a Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
