Invalda LT : The new Board of Finasta Asset Management is elected

The new Board of Finasta Asset Management is elected20 01 2015

Darius Sulnis, Nerijus Drobavicius, Vytautas Plunksnis and Petras Kudaras were elected to the Board of Finasta Asset Management, one of the largest asset management companies in Lithuania. The four new board members are representatives of Invalda LT, one of the largest companies in Lithuania investing in other businesses and managing assets.

The newly ellected Board assigned Darius Sulnis to hold position of a general director of Finasta Asset Management starting on January 24th. D. Sulnis will replace a former manager of the company  Andrej Cyba.

"Asset management business is a strategic business of Invalda LT where we operate for more than 20 years. We strengthened the group by additional acquisitions in Lithuania and Latvia in 2014. Experience, competent team and existing customers and partners let us expect successful business development. The main priority - tailoring of investment products to the different needs of the customers", - Darius Sulnis said.

A number  of clients of Finasta Asset Management in Lithuania reached about 50 thousand and assets under management amounted to EUR 134 million at the end of 2014.
