Open-Q 8074 SOM Selected for Industry Leading Performance and Power Efficiency

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - January 25, 2014 - Intrinsyc Software International ("Intrinsyc" or the "Company") (TSX:ICS), a leading developer of mobile and embedded devices, announced a development and production agreement with Myth Innovations, Inc. ("Myth Innovations") to provide development services as well as delivery of Intrinsyc's Open-Q™ 8074 System on Module for Myth Innovations' MiWorld™ Portable Computing System (PCS).

MiWorld is a small, lightweight solid-state portable computing system designed to allow consumers to carry their world - data, movies, music, photos, videos, games, and other media - at home, at work, or on the go. MiWorld conveniently and securely connects to your devices, including, without limitation, your current PCs, laptops, tablets, and phones, as well as your wearable technology like smart glasses and watches, and allows you to easily share your data and media with others without the need to first access the Internet.

Myth Innovations, a Dallas-based company, has been developing the MiWorld PCS through years of intensive internal research and development. Recently, Myth Innovations has entered into a collaborative relationship with University of North Texas Discovery Park for future development purposes.

The MiWorld PCS will be powered by the Open-Q 8074 System on Module from Intrinsyc, which features the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 800 (APQ 8074) processor from Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDQ: QCOM). The Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with up to 2.3GHz quad CPUs offers ground-breaking CPU, GPU and DSP performance, power efficiency and rich multimedia capabilities for great graphics and videos, 3D gaming, as well as embedded computing applications.
