Interroll Holding AG announced the decision of Chief Executive Officer Paul Zumbühl to step down as CEO of the company at the end of April 2021. At the same time, the Board of Directors of the company announced the intention to propose Zumbühl as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2021. Urs Tanner announces that he will step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors as of May 2021, but will remain on the Board of Directors for another year (until May 2022) as Lead Independent Director.
