The General Ordinary Stockholders' Meeting, held on March 21, 2024, approved the distribution of 50% of the profits obtained in 2023. The total amount paid will be COP 1,229,522 million, which will be disbursed in three equal payments to its shareholders.
In compliance with this decision, the company will make the first dividend disbursement of the year for a total of COP 409,840 million for the 1,107,677,894 outstanding common shares, equivalent to COP 370 per share (for a total annual amount of COP 1,110 per share). Those who held ISA shares prior to May 23, 2024, the date on which the ex-dividend period began, which was extended to May 28, 2024, will be entitled to payment.
The money corresponding to unclaimed dividends does not generate any yield or interest. Therefore, we recommend that shareholders do so on the established dates, through their respective direct depositors (stockbrokers).
