Marketing Agreements:

The Company is very pleased that it has reached an agreement in principle with Wirex, a prominent gaming software provider, which would enable Wirex to market the Company's main product, the SportXction(R) System, to Wirex's existing and future customer base. Wirex is an Italian based company, providing entertainment platforms for gaming operators. Wirex will develop an interface between its own sportsbook software and the SportXction(R) product, so that its sportsbook customers can easily make use of GIG's in-run wagering services.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has reached a marketing agreement with Steve Lizak, a prominent sales and marketing professional. Under this agreement, Mr. Lizak will take a leading role in the sales and marketing of the SportXction(R) Competition Product in the USA and Canada. The SportXction(R) Competition Product is the Company's non-gambling version of its main product, and is intended for use in those jurisdictions where gambling on sports is not allowed. Mr. Lizak will act as a non-salaried independent sales representative for the product, bearing his own expenses, and receiving a share of the revenue generated.

Bernard Albanese, the Company's CEO, stated, "We are very excited about both of these marketing arrangements. The Wirex arrangement allows their customers to effortlessly avail themselves of our services. We are optimistic that this arrangement will result in one or more new partners in the short or medium term." Mr. Albanese added, "We are also thrilled to have a sales professional as successful as Steve on our team. Due to lack of resources in recent years, the Competition Product has not received as much attention as it deserves. We believe that the market is ripe for a sports entertainment product such as this, and we have confidence that Steve will exploit all available opportunities."
