VANCOUVER, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Intelimax Media Inc. ("Intelimax" or the "Company") (OTCBB:IXMD) is pleased to announce the signing of a marketing agreement with Charity Satellite Gaming ("CSG") that gives CSG the ability to white label, re-sell as their own product, and distribute poker portals as part of the InteliPoker(TM) network. In conjunction with the release of Intelimax' new Sky product onto Gamboozle.com(TM) and new poker structure, the Company is able to pursue its business model of white labeling and franchising.

CSG projects 50,000 new players through the development of over 100 poker portals. Considering a revenue share of 25-30% on a sliding scale based on volume, revenues from 50,000 players may be significant.

"This agreement with Charity Satellite Gaming will allow us to capture significant market share in the online gaming space," said Charles Green, Intelimax Media CEO. "By utilizing a 'Cause-Related' marketing strategy, CSG will be able to tap into a new market. The idea of online poker tournaments as a fundraiser is a new and unique concept. CSG will add significant critical mass to our established and growing poker network, increasing revenues accordingly," added Green.

Gaming related fundraisers have proven successful. In 2002 alone, over $2.7 billion was raised in the United States and Canada, according to the 'Charity Gaming In North America' report conducted by the National Association of Fundraising Ticket Manufacturers. Intelimax will share in all revenues derived from this venture. Revenues will come from subscription fees and monthly licensing fees for the use of our "Sky" gaming platform.

"The model of replicating your business and allowing an independent operator the ability to use your products, techniques and trademarks for a percentage of gross monthly sales and a royalty fee has been extremely successful. This model mitigates our risk while maximizing profits through the re-use of our proprietary technology and knowledge. We can simply capture significantly more Internet traffic in our system and therefore increase revenues. With this franchise business model we can quickly expand to every corner of the Internet as partners emerge," concluded Green.

In related industry news, Wink Bingo was acquired by 888.com, a large online gaming operator in the UK. This is a deal worth up to $96 million for 60,000 players. "This is the way the market is headed. Larger companies are essentially buying out the smaller companies for their database of players. In the case of Wink Bingo, they were paid $1,600 per player. As our database continues to grow, so does our value. This is an exciting time to be in this space," concluded Green.

Currently, Intelimax has roughly 100,000 registered members in its gaming properties.
