The Management Board of INPRO S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the "Company") hereby informs the public about the dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2015:
Annual reports for 2014:
a) the annual report of INPRO SA - 23/03/2015
b) the consolidated annual report of the INPRO SA Group - 23/03/2015
The semi-annual report for the first six months of 2015:
a) the consolidated semi-annual report of the INPRO SA Group - 31/08/2015
Quarterly reports for 2015:
a) the consolidated quarterly report of the INPRO SA Group for the first quarter of 2015 - 15/05/2015
b) the consolidated quarterly report of the INPRO SA Group for the third quarter of 2015 - 16/11/2015
At the same time the Management Board declares that in conformity with § 83 par. 1 item 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) [the "Regulation"], the Company will not submit separate quarterly reports or a separate semi-annual report for the first six months of 2015. Consolidated quarterly reports of the INPRO SA Group will, however, contain quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements of the INPRO SA Group and quarterly financial information concerning INPRO SA. Accordingly, the consolidated semi-annual report of the INPRO SA Group will contain semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements of the INPRO SA Group and semi-annual condensed financial statements of INPRO SA along with a report of an entity authorised to audit financial statements.
Moreover, the Company's Management Board informs that in conformity with § 102 par. 1 of the Regulation the Company will not publish a quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of the financial year 2015 and that, in conformity with § 101 par. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish a quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015.

§83 par. 1 and § 103 par. 1 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2009 No. 33, item 259 as amended).
