DM Power Co., Ltd. announced that it has issued 1,200,000 common shares of par value, KRW 500 at a price of KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 6,000,000,000 on October 29, 2021. The transaction included participation from returning investor, U&I Corporation to retain 100% stake in the company. The company has issued shares through shareholder allocation method. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. The total number of shares issued prior to transaction are 600,000 shares.
