DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 14 December 2015 in relation to, among other things, the Purchase Option Agreement, which constituted a discloseable and connected transaction on the part of the Company (the ''Announcement''). Unless otherwise stated, terms used herein have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, it was expected that a circular (the ''Circular'') containing, among other things, details of the Purchase Option Agreement would be despatched on or before 6 January 2016. As additional time is required for the preparation of the Circular, the Company expects that the despatch of the Circular will be delayed from 6 January 2016 to on or before 18 January 2016.
