As part of its share buyback program announced on November 2, ING reports that it bought back 8,412,700 shares during the week of January 15 to 19 inclusive, at an average price of 12.72 euros, representing a total amount of just over 107 million euros.

To date, the Dutch bank has thus bought back almost 177.1 million shares for a total consideration of almost 2.29 billion euros, or around 91.4% of the total maximum value of the share buyback program.
