Strong operations

Infotel publishes a turnover of € 46.6 million in Q4 2015, up 6.7% from the fourth quarter of 2014. This lower growth compared to previous quarters is explained by the strong growth in Q4 2014 (16.6%).

Over the full year and in the IT services market up 2.1% in 2015 (source Syntec), Infotel has annual revenues (fully organic) to € 174.6 million, an increase of 11.2% and in line with the annual target of € 175 million previously announced.

The Services division (96% of total sales) shows an increase of 11.5% over the full year. The strong performance of services over the year reflects a good level of activity for the services centers particularly in the Banking and Industry sectors, the first two sectors in which the Group operates.

The inter-contract rate is still very low at 1.8% throughout the year. Last quarter, the Group continued its active recruitment policy, resulting in 338 raw recruits but only 101 net recruitment over the year, reflecting market tensions. The Group's workforce amounted to 1,335 people at the end of 2015.

The Software division (4% of total sales) recorded in the 4 quarter growth of 12%. For the full fiscal year, revenue amounted to € 7.6 million, up 5.3%. IBM royalties amounted to € 4.2 million over the year. New distribution partnerships signed in 2015 will boost sales in 2016.

Given the strong performance over the year, Infotel confirms an operating margin higher than 2014.
