The Board of Directors of Infinitt Healthcare Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A071200) authorized a share repurchase program on February 1, 2012. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 20,000 shares, representing 0.08% of its issued share capital, for KRW 315 million based on the closing price of company's share on February 1, 2012. Repurchased shares will sold by the company later.
