BUSINESS UPDATE IN RELATION TO

ESPORTS BUSINESS

This announcement is made by Imperium Group Global Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis. The purpose of this announcement is to keep the shareholders of the Company and potential investors informed of the latest business developments of the esports business carried on by the Group.

Reference is made to the announcements (the "Announcements") of the Company dated 12 May 2020, 21 May 2020 and 22 July 2020 in relation to, among others, the Subscription Agreement and the Interests Transfer Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that the esports team owned by Nova eSports International Limited, being a

subsidiary of the Company, and competing under the name of NVXQF Team are the champion of the 2020 Peacekeeper Elite League Season 2 (和平精英職業聯賽2020第二賽

季) ("2020 PEL S2"). 2020 PEL S2 is the official professional esports contests organised by Peacekeeper Elite League for Peacekeeper Elite (和平精英), which is a mobile phone game developed and owned by Tencent Holdings Limited.

The Board is pleased to further announce that the esports team owned by Nova eSports

International Limited and competing under the name of Nova China Team are the champion of the Brawl Stars Championship (Mainland China Division) (荒野亂鬥全球錦標賽(中 國大陸賽區)) ("BSC (China)") for the August 2020 Finals. BSC (China) is the official

professional esports contests organised by Versus Programming Network for Brawl Stars (荒野亂鬥), which is a mobile phone game developed and owned by Supercell Oy. Following their latest victory, Nova China Team has qualified for the Brawl Stars Championship (World Finals).
