SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO PLACING OF NEW SHARES UNDER GENERAL MANDATE AND

CONNECTED TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO

THE APPOINTMENT OF PLACING AGENT

Placing Agent

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Imperium Group Global Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 12 April 2021 in relation to, among others, the Placing. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As set out in the Announcement, on 12 April 2021 (before trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the Company entered into the Placing Agreement with the Placing Agent, pursuant to which the Placing Agent has conditionally agreed, as agent of the Company, to procure on a best effort basis currently expected to be not less than six Placees who and whose ultimate beneficial owners shall be Independent Third Parties to subscribe for up to 25,000,000 Placing Shares at the Placing Price of HK$5 per Placing Share.

Due to an inadvertent mistake, the Announcement was published on the website of the Stock Exchange on 11 April 2021 instead of on 12 April 2021 (before trading hours of the Stock Exchange). The Board would like to clarify that the Placing Agreement had been entered into between the Company and the Placing Agent on 12 April 2021 (before trading hours of the Stock Exchange) on the same terms as set out in the Announcement.

Save for the above clarification, the contents of the Announcement remain unchanged.
