SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

LICENSE AGREEMENT IN RELATION TO

MOBILE GAME BUSINESS

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Imperium Group Global Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 18 August 2020 in relation to, among others, the License Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board would like to provide additional information in relation to the Licensor, including the identity of the majority shareholder of the Licensor. The Licensor has been engaged in the development and operation of online games for over 15 years and employs over 400 employees. Sales of the major online games titles of the Licensor include, among others, Avabel Online, Iruna Online, Toram Online and Sword Art Online: Integral Factor. The ultimate beneficial owners of the Licensor are Katsunori Kondo, who is the founder and majority shareholder of the Licensor holding approximately 53% of the issued shares of the Licensor, and other minority shareholders.
