ILLA S.p.A.: nuova commessa

per 1,6 milioni di Euro per Kasanova.

Noceto (PR), 16 Febbraio 2022 - I.L.L.A. S.p.A. ("ILLA" o la "Società"), azienda leader nella produzione e commercializzazione di pentolame in alluminio con rivestimento antiaderente, quotata al Mercato Euronext Growth Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., continua nel suo processo di crescita sul mercato italiano, diversificando e implementando il proprio business con una nuova commessa del valore di circa 1,6 milioni di Euro per Kasanova, cliente storico leader nel settore houseware.

Questa nuova commessa risulta maggiore del fatturato medio che lo stesso faceva ogni anno nel passato.

La consegna dell'intera commessa è prevista per il primo trimestre di questo esercizio.

"Siamo molto soddisfatti di questa nuova commessa con Kasanova - dichiara Pierpaolo Marziali, Amministratore Delegato di ILLA - è la testimonianza del buon lavoro che l'azienda sta facendo da ormai un paio di anni. In effetti - continua Marziali - si tratta di un business con un cliente storico che, tuttavia, nel passato ha sempre avuto un giro d'affari con ILLA decisamente più contenuto.

Il fatto che ILLA sia stata un'antesignana nello sviluppo di linee prodotte con alluminio riciclato, ha fatto sì che il cliente sviluppasse una nuova proposta commerciale che valorizzasse quanto più possibile la circolarità green anche nel settore del cookware. Ciò - sostiene Marziali - ci fa ben sperare anche per il futuro sia con lo stesso cliente che con altri che stanno facendo del green un plus commerciale atto a soddisfare la sensibilità ecologica del cliente finale".

ILLA SpA produce da oltre 70 anni pentole e padelle in alluminio rivestito di antiaderente. Dal 2010 la produzione avviene nel grande stabilimento di Noceto (PR). L'azienda annovera tra i propri clienti alcune tra le più importanti catene distributive mondiali, per le quali produce prodotti a loro marchio. Oltre al cookware in alluminio antiaderente è anche attiva nella produzione di caffettiere in acciaio e nella distribuzione di una vasta gamma di prodotti per la cucina. Dal 2015 ILLA SpA utilizza il brand Giannini, noto marchio del cookware italiano "design oriented". Nel 2017 il Gruppo ILLA si è quotato su Euronext Growth Milan di Borsa Italiana.

ILLA S.p.A.: new order

for 1.6 million Euros for Kasanova.

Noceto (PR), February 16, 2022 - I.L.L.A. S.p.A. ("ILLA" or the "Company"), a leading company in the production and selling of aluminium cookware with non-stick coating, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan Market of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., continues its growth process on the Italian market, diversifying and implementing its own business with a new order worth approximately 1.6 million Euros for Kasanova, a long-standing customer in the houseware sector.

This new order is higher than the average turnover that Kasanova perfomed in the past every year. The delivery of the entire order is scheduled for the first quarter of this year.

In fact - continues Marziali - it's a business with a long-standing customer who, however, in the past had always a much lower turnover with ILLA.

The fact that ILLA was a forerunner in the development of product lines using recycled aluminium, gave the opportunity to the customer to develop a new commercial proposal that would enhance green circularity as much as possible even in the cookware sector. This - says Marziali - also gives us hope for the future both with the same customer and with others who are making the green characteristics of the product a commercial plus capable of satisfying the ecological sensitivity of the final customer ".

Illa has been producing non-stick coated aluminium pots and pans for over 70 years. Since 2010 the production takes place in the large plant of Noceto (PR).
