The Board of Directors of Icon wishes to announce that Icon Offshore Group Sdn. Bhd. (the "Petitioner"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 21 February 2022 filed a winding up petition at Shah Alam High Court pursuant to Sections 464(1)(b), 465(1)(e) and 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 against Sapura Offshore Sdn Bhd (the "Respondent") due to the failure on the part of the Respondent to pay the total sum of RM3,620,085.47 to the Petitioner.
The matter is fixed for case management on 17 March 2022 and hearing on 24 May 2022.
Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
