PayPal® at IAA launches September 28  

IAA is excited to announce that beginning Sept. 28 we will accept PayPal as a payment method for registration, vehicle payments, transportation and fees. This gives buyers 8 ways to pay at IAA. The decision to add PayPal as a payment method was driven by your input. Buyers asked for PayPal, and IAA is delivering. PayPal is easy to use, secure, and available to all buyers regardless of location. Buyers that don't already have PayPal are encouraged to set up an account. Vist all the ways you can pay at IAA.

High Visibility Safety Gear Requirement Begins October 5

The safety of IAA's customers, vendors, contractors, towers and team members is our top priority. Beginning Oct. 5, anyone picking up a vehicle from an IAA facility is required to wear high visibility safety gear, such as a high visibility vest or a shirt. Please share this information with your towers and transporters. Additional safety requirements include:

• Do not stand under loader forks.
• Do not stand on truck when vehicle is loading.
• Maintain eye contact with loader.
• Stay at least 10 feet away from loader.

IAA Local Tow Adds Dedicated Support Line

IAA Local Tow is IAA's new, affordable tow service for light-duty vehicles - including motorcycles - for up to 100 miles from the branch. In addition to setting up IAA Local Tow at IAA branches, buyers can now call a dedicated support line to set up IAA Local Tow. The line - [phone] - will be staffed Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST. Languages supported include English and Spanish.

IAA Missoula Has New Auction Time

Beginning October 7, IAA Missoula's auction start time will be 12:30 p.m. MT.

Addition of New Lanes at IAA Branches

IAA Columbia will auction vehicles in 2 lanes beginning Thursday, September 24.

IAA Fontana will auction vehicles in 3 lanes beginning Tuesday, September 29.
