ITE Group plc Appoints Sharon Baylay as Independent Non-Executive Director and as a Member of Audit and Remuneration Committees, Effective from 1 April 2014

ITE Group plc announced the appointment of Sharon Baylay to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2014. She will also be a member of ITE's Audit and Remuneration Committees. Sharon is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Dot Net Solutions Limited, and was Non-Executive Chairman of Havas EHS, from 2012 until earlier 2014.
