ITE Group plc Announces Resignation of Neil Jones as Chief Financial Officer

ITE Group plc, announced that Neil Jones has informed the Board of his intention to resign from his position of Chief Financial Officer. Neil will be joining Huntsworth plc as Chief Financial Officer in February 2016. Neil will remain at ITE Group plc until January 31, 2016 in order to close the current financial year end, and to ensure a smooth handover.
