ITE Group plc Announces Management Changes

ITE Group plc announced the appointment of Mark Shashoua as Chief Executive Officer. Mark will succeed Russell Taylor who will stand down from the board and as the group's Chief Executive Officer, on September 1, 2016, following thirteen years at the company. Since November 2011, Mark Shashoua, has been CEO of i2i Events Ltd.
