HydrogenPro AS - Share capital increase registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises

26 January 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published
by HydrogenPro AS ("HydrogenPro" or the "Company") on 23 December 2020, where
the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company had proposed to
increase the Company's share capital through a private placement in connection
with the settlement of the Company's acquisition of Advanced Surface Plating,
and the stock exchange announcement published by the Company on 8 January 2021,
where the Company announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting had resolved
to increase the Company's share capital in accordance with the proposal from the
Board of Directors.
 
On 8 January 2021 the Company issued 600,000 new shares (the "Shares") in
connection with the settlement of the Company's acquisition og Advanced Surface
Plating ApS. The Shares have been issued on the Company's existing ISIN NO
NO0010892359 and admitted to trading on Euronext Growth as of today. The share
capital increase has also been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). As a result of the share capital
increase, the Company has 57 769 312 shares in issue, each with a par value of
NOK 0.001.

provide customised turn-key plants for large-scale production of green hydrogen

engineering and optimization of such plants, purchasing of parts, components and
