HubSpot, Inc. Announces Appointment of Nick Caldwell as A Class Iii Director of the Company

HubSpot, Inc. announced that on January 6, 2021, the Board unanimously approved the appointment of Nick Caldwell as a class III director of the Company to fill the vacancy created by Simon’s resignation. The effective date of Caldwell’s appointment was January 11, 2021. The term of the Company’s class III directors, including Caldwell, expires on the date of the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2023 or upon the election and qualification of successor directors. Caldwell was also appointed to serve on the compensation committee of the Board.
