Hua Jung Components Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 281.74 million compared to TWD 234 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 33.45 million compared to TWD 3.91 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.19 compared to TWD 0.02 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.19 compared to TWD 0.02 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 533.54 million compared to TWD 490.73 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 46.77 million compared to TWD 12.94 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.27 compared to TWD 0.07 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.27 compared to TWD 0.07 a year ago.
