House of Investments, Inc. announced that at the annual stockholders's meeting held on July 21, 2017 approved the appointment of Lorenzo Villanueva Tan as director.
The company also announced that at the organizational Board Of Directors meeting approved the appointment of Helen Y. Dee as chairperson, Medel T. Nera as President and Chief Executive Officer, Gema O. Cheng as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Samuel V. Torres as Corporate Secretary, Porfirio S. de Guzman Jr. as Senior Vice President – Internal Audit, Raul Victor B. Tan as Senior Vice President – Hi Group Treasury Head, Alexander Anthony G. Galang as Senior Vice President – Internal Audit, Joselito D. Estrella as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Ma. Esperanza F. Joven as Vice President – Finance, Maria Elisa E. De Lara as Vice President – Internal Audit, Jose A. Tanjangco, III as Asst. Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Maria Teresa T. Bautista as Asst. Vice President And Corporate Controller and Lalaine P. Monserate as Asst. Vice President/Compliance Officer. The following committees were created and appointed the following: Ms. Helen Y. Dee appointed as Executive Committee Chairman and Medel T. Nera, Juan B. Santos, Lorenzo V. Tan, Dr. Reynaldo B. Vea and Mr. Francisco H. Licuanan III as Executive Committee Members; Atty. Wilfrido E. Sanchez as Remuneration Committee Chairman and Juan B. Santos and Roberto F. de Ocampo as Remuneration Committee Members; Ermilando D. Napa as Board Risk Oversight Committee Chairman and Wilfrido E. Sanchez and John Mark S. Frondoso as Board Risk Oversight Committee Members; Juan B. Santos as Corporate Governance Committee Chairman and John Mark S. Frondoso and Roberto F. de Ocampo as Corporate Governance Committee Members; Roberto F. de Ocampo as Audit Committee Chairman and Atty. Wilfrido E. Sanchez and Ermilando D. Napa as Audit Committee Members.
