Horizons Enhanced Income US Equity Etf Announces December 2015 Distributions, Payable on or About January 13, 2016

Horizons Enhanced Income US Equity (USD) ETF announced a distribution of $0.05646 per HEA.U unit, $0.05646 per HEA unit, $0.04943 per HEA.V unit and $0.04943 per HEA. A unit for the period ended December 2015. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be December 29, 2015, for all unit holders of record on December 31, 2015.

The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unit holder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about January 13, 2016.
