Horizons Enhanced Income US Equity ETF Declares Distributions for the Month Ending July 31, 2013, Payable on or about August 13, 2013

Horizons Enhanced Income US Equity (USD) ETF announced the distribution amounts of $0.03938 per Class U units and $0.03207 for Class A units for the month ending July 31, 2013. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be July 29, 2013 for all unit holders of record on July 31, 2013. The Distributions will be paid in cash or, if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about August 13, 2013.
